This personal data protection policy (the “Policy”) illustrates the commitment of FIDB sl – Limited liability company under number BE0707.989.934 and whose offices are located at 21, Rue d’En Haut in 7830 Silly (Belgium) – as data controller with regard to respecting the privacy and protection of the personal data of its users and customers.

Also, this personal data protection policy (the “Policy”) has been drawn up to allow you to become aware of the practices and conditions under which FIDB srl collects, uses and stores your personal data (the “Data”).

When you visit the site www.3d-and-nature.com without registering (such as a login or other) on a secure location, FIDB srl does not collect any personal data.
FIDB srl may record certain information for statistical, administrative or Site improvement purposes, without this allowing the disclosure of personal data or the identification of an individual visitor.

To summarize, we may collect the following Data:

  • Your email address will necessarily be requested if you wish to communicate with us via the contact forms;
  • Data relating to your identity such as your name, first name, email address, telephone number may be requested;
  • Data relating to browsing: this is Data relating to the way in which you use the Sites including: IP address, browser used, browsing time, search history, operating system used, language and pages viewed;
